WOW, Thanks for the wonderful link. I was lost for long time just looking at everything this girl does. Glad to see her sewing room looks like mine--always a mess. I bookmarked her site it is so interestin
Jan, several blogs that I visit have the pics of "All Creatures Large and Small". I don't think anyone else is trying to take credit for it. They are just amazed at the beautiful crazy quilting.

Wow! I wish I could say that inspired me, but it just made me tired....I can't imagine the time she spent making that. It's beautiful, and definitely eye candy. Thanks for sharing.

I do agree I felt a bit overwhelmed when I saw the intricacies of her work, but it didn't take away from the beauty for me! I loved every photo I saw there. I love CQing! I have not done it yet, but it just speaks to me BIG TIME! I have used my jewelry making supplies on my quilts for embellishing, but not launched into a full blown CQ project. I think the key would be to start small?

Jemma..
Thank you! I opened the website you shared and pinned it to my PINTEREST site. Looks good!

the animals seemed to be machine embroidered! Jan were they? If so, it cheapens the whole thing to me..if not...the woman needs therapy..oh wait..this might be her therapy..WOW..

Not sure why machine embroidery would "cheapen" anything but if you read the description, it clearly states the entire quilt was made by hand, including the animals. It's a beautiful work of art!
