Have you put your cross-stitch work into quilt blocks? I'd like to cross-stitch some flowers then cut them to fit into a quilt. Possible?

Yes, it is possible to combine the two. I saw a magnificent quilt at a quilt show last year that did this. She cross stitched her pictures and then blocked them and sewed sashing around the blocks.
