    Default d9p ?

Would it look alright if I used just three colors (same fabrics) for a d9p and each block before cutting the same? Any pictures using just 3 fabrics would be appreciated?

I did one with just 3 colors and it looked alright but I like the look using more than 3 colors. I gave the quilt top to my DSL because I didn't like the colors I used. I probably would have liked it better using more than 3 colors.

    Default d9p

Here's another. But if you go to the search window here on the board and type in disappearing nine patch or d9p, you'll see lots more. I like using 3 fabrics myself.

Thank you! I wasn't really pleased with the contrasts and wanted something to brighten and lift it a bit. The quilt fits on my double bed, and the double set of stripes sit on the width of the bed. Makes it easy for making the bed and squaring up the quilt!!
