Put iodine on the wound. Iodine helps keep infection away.
You can get clear iodine from the pharmacy.

Made a trip to the ER. on antibiontics soaking in epsom salts Three times a day.

Try soaking your hand in a mild bleach/H2O to speed up the healing. say 1/4 cup bleach to 2 cups warm water. 8-)
