I just wanted to show you what DH brought home. This belonged to dear MIL who recently passed. I have been trying to date the machine but can not find the exact match. I thought maybe someone here might be able to help.

I have been lamenting that I did not get my
Grandmother trandle singer sewing machine when she passed. Don't know what have to any of her things. I was just 21 at time. Now that I am older and quilt that is the only thing I wish I had. I remember it had caving on the drawers. Don't know if they were exactlly like your pictrue. But as I think back it had a bueatiful had cabinet.

Thanks for the quick replies. I am so tickled about the new machine. I need to get a throat plate for it and she will be ready to go.MIL could never sew on a electric machine she just couldn't get they hang of it but she was always using her treadle and very paticular about its care.

I have this 27's twin - those are called "Gingerbread" or "Tiffany" decals.
Mine is in an ornately carved 7-drawer cabinet similar to yours.
It's very rewarding to get them cleaned and running - and they're fun to sew on. :)
