The top point angle is approximately 35 degrees.
The bottom two angles are each approximately 72.5 degrees each.
I measured the angles on the seam lines.
My guess is that Miss Jane started with the width of the blocks already made and decided on a length that was pleasing to her eye for the triangles.

I have the software but it is all adjustable and it would depend on how you printed it off. But .... I do have a link that I saved (because it is on my to do list) - a lady designed all the blocks as paper piecing in EQ and put it on her blog. Maybe that would help you.

There are two Dear Jane templates.
The triangle one is not a 45°.
I don't have mine near me right now, but I am sure that BearIsGray has it right!
The second is a square.
Both are quite helpful in trimming blocks to the perfect size.
Extra markings are there that help you centre the block before trimming.
Handy too, when lining up applique placements.
Made making the DJ so much easier .... not sure how I would have got through it without!!

I figured that Miss Jane did not have access to computer printouts for her blocks at the time she made that quilt.
