Tske your business elsewhere. If your local paper has a "whistle blowers" or "consumer watch" column, give them a call and tell them about your experience.

a general note to members ... please do not use this board to smear entire businesses based on your individual experiences.

as will be true of any chain of any type, some locations of "the store" are less than perfect, but others are great places to shop. it will vary. that's the way of the world.

the staff and management of "the store" nearest me are friendly and consistently fantastic. they always honor any mistaken or confusing signs. in fact, on one occassion i was in "the store" on the evening before their batting was to go on sale for half price. when i explained that i live an hour away and would not be able to come back the next day, the manager allowed me to buy a roll at the next day's sale price.

please send a factual letter to all letters of store/chain management. you might get a response.

they can't respond or fix anything based on complaints filed here.
