I have a charming jelly cake of Aviary and working on a design for it. I have a collection of 12 blocks that all have a circular look in triangles that I'm using though there are only 4 of them pictured in the design so far.

I'm thinking about the ivory border and what to do with it. Flying geese? Triangles pointing in or out? Any other ideas?

flying geese would work since you have so many triangles going on in your blocks. If you are wanting to keep it simple and settle it down w/o more, then opt for a center color to your outside -inner border. There's the thread of thought:)Skeat

I added a D9P in the corners. I tried different ways of coloring it and I like this one and how it looks like the block border is breaking up.
