Default Design program with Accuquilt interface

Is there a quilt design prgram that tells you which Accuquilt die to use to cut out the shapes?

Not that I'm aware of. EQ tells you the size of the shapes, and from that you can discover which die to use.

Not aware of a design program but the Accuquilt website does have a new feature that allows you to access patterns and that tells you which die to use, much better set-up than previous link. I just got the email on this yesterday. Also check out Ebony Love's website as she has several handy charts for identifying dies for specific blocks.

There was a prior catalog with the information on each die. I don't see it on the site anymore. Check the tab under "learn" and there is helpful information.

Reference Chart here.

Another one here that may help.

I don't think you need a program. If I need a finished 3 inch hst I buy the die to make a 3 1/2 unfinished hst and so forth. Most of the dies are basic sizes for the geometric shapes. I use the BOB dies to make the block all at once.

Another reference on the site if you haven't seen it. There are numerous block patterns available depending on the size you want.

Accuquilt die cutters - on the web site they have patterns that tell you the dies you need for the quilt. I know some of them are free, but others may cost $.

Just in time to help with your post!

Have you seen this new feature on the site?

I received an order yesterday and there was a flyer with mention of the new program. It looks interesting and may fit your needs.
