This looks like the perfect option for me!

Yep, I've got the flannel back tablecloth as well.
Mine is simply stapled to the wall right up by the ceiling.
Can't get cheaper than that, and it works like a charm!
There is a pic on my blog...

Mine is insulation board with batting duck taped on it. It just leans up against my closet wall, unless I want to move it behind the door to get it out of the way. Somewhere I have a picture of it. Let me go look. Okay, this has a quilt top on it, but you can see it pretty well anyway.

I also made mine with the insulation. I bought 2 4x8 pieces and duct taped them together, so that the duct tape acts as a hinge. Then covered my garage floor with opened garbage bags and then glue sprayed the one side of my soon to be design wall. with the help of a friend we gently placed batting onto the insulation going slowly so as not to have any lumps or bumps or folds in the batting. Once this was done we folded the insulation using the duct tape hings and duct taped the overflow batting onto the back side of the insulation pieces. Then we trimmed the batting.

My design wall now resides folded behind a large bookcase, the bottom portion in plastic to protect it from dust. I draped an afghan and a mola over the top as a design element to cover the upper portion, as it is visible from my living room.

Sorry, but the picture is on my other computer, so I can't post it with this.
