Just had it happen to me but I sent an email to the company and they credited my account right away.

Digital patterns still have to be digitized, tested & computers & software purchased not to mention the web hosting and site maintenance so I don't think a digital copy should necessarily be any cheaper than a paper copy but I would also refuse to pay shipping for a digital version. I have backed out of many sales because of outrageous shipping charges.

Totally agree with you...not to mention having to pay Paypal and/or other
credit card companies a fee per transaction.

Question: Can you just SAVE the digital magazines to look at later? Because I don't really want to keep everything in them and prefer to browse in my ?downtime.

I have been looking for free quilt patterns and when I went to print it a window popped up and they tried to charge me $2.00 for the "Free" download????? I got an email from them to pay the $2.00 just for looking on the website and I let them know that free is free and was going to report them for fraud. There website is gone now. It is so sad that there are so many people looking for a fast buck and who can you really trust on the internet these days. I am just going to stick with the ones I have and stick with the quilting board period.
