I am making a "polo shirt" quilt much like a t-shirt quilt. However some of the logos from the shirt are so close to the collar I will have to cut them and appliqué them to the cut polo shirt material that is cut to a 10 " square. My question is..do I appliqué them before or after the stabilizer is applied. I kinda think "after" but not positive. Thanks.

I would do it after. Just for added support.

I would do it after, so it doesn't stretch.

I agree - after you stabilize so that it doesn't stretch and won't pucker as easily.
