    Smile Help with Octi Hoops

I have the octi hoops and I am having a problem. After stitching a 1 or two the upper thread no longer grabs the bobbin thread. I have re-threaded, cleaned changed needles.... I haven't been able to buy the books or the dvd , but have watched all the videos that are out there. Anyone know what my problem is. I would appreciate help and would even be willing to call you on my dime. Help please. Thanks a bikkion.

I do have a set which I used last year so I could quilt one handed.they worked very well only problem I had was that I needed a larger area to FMQ in. Embroidery as no problem.
I would say the problem is the sewing machine , so check it is sewing .
Now look at the tautness of the fabric in the hoop. Is it too tight and the needle is bouncing off. Or is it too slack and the needle is not finding bottom area.
    PM if you want.
