Finish it then put it away for awhile. Its like childbirth, with time the bad memories fade.

I'm working on a baby quilt and not pleased with the outcome not the same ask true in mind.

You could change color of bobbin thread now, then go back with a permanent marker and color in the previous lighter colored stitching...I've done it successfully on small projects but have no idea how much you've completed....got to think outside the box sometimes.

Yes, several times, and those quilts are now UFO's that I don't know if I'll ever finish.
