    I believe it is a Debbie Mumm pattern. I made it several years ago in purples. The stripe is fabric, not pieced.

    It looks like it is the pattern in the bottom left of this book, only made with different fabrics and an applique flower.

    I enlarged the pic on my iPad and it is a striped fabric that is used for the blocks and the binding. It is a very pretty quilt.

    I love it too! I hope you can find the right fabric to make it. It kind of looks like it could be home dec fabric.
