Default toaster cover help

I want to make this toaster cover http://josiecrafter.wordpress.com/20...toaster-cover/ looks easy enough BUT I cannot figure in circumference would anybody know how to figure this in inches thanks............mandy

all you need to do is measure the circumference of YOUR toaster---take a tape measure & measure around the appliance- then add about an inch for *fudge room* you do not need to worry about her metric measurements- your toaster may not be the same size as hers- that's why she says- start with measuring your appliance- after measuring you divide the measurement in half- write that number down- measure the height of the appliance---then follow the rest of the instructions.

Looks like it's made like a lined tote bag - just leave the handles off!
