There are several methods. My favorite is the Marti Michel templates. I like them because the rings are perfectly round, not oval or rounded squares. I'm sure others will chime in on their favorite method also.

I typically do traditional piecing styles and so the curves and angles aren't that big a deal to me but might be more problematic for other people. Some people applique the arcs on instead of seaming them into the background, for instance. You might see if you have a book available in your library, classic pattern so chances are good.
Here's a free pattern, for me I like the pieces in the arcs to be a bit bigger but all in all this looks pretty good.

I purchased in Houston at the Quilt show, but she sells them on her website. Just google Marti Michell templates and it will come up. There are many options in her book. Some arcs are all one fabric and others are pie shapes. Your local quilt shop may have them also.

I have made 2 DWR and I highly recommend Sharlene Jorgenson's templates. (I am sure the other templates are good, I just have never used them
I bought the templates on Amazon. She has videos to watch as well

I will be making another DWR sometime I love how mine turned out

I made several blocks once. put rows together but never finished them into a whole quilt. i gave them away to someone who would finish the project. shame but i was in another slump!
I did like the way i had to use triangles on the ends of the arcs. made thing so easy.
