Glad your back Donna, you had a lot of people here worried about you. Isn't it good to be back making the same mistakes we all do, and will continue to do.

Yep, I sewed two whole rows of a quilt top together once, right side to wrong side. Fun times.
taping the seam ripper to the sewing table is a good idea. I also noticed that one of my block of sails is upside down. Glad I caught it before I had it pieced together in the whole quilt.
