It is a person who keeps posting dvd's for sale. Most of them have been tv series. Basically it is SPAM, but the person will just not quit.

Interesting.....I ordered a movie I had been looking for from an "online" DVD company. Received it yesterday and it came in an old greeting card envelope and was broken in half. I called the credit card company and they removed the charge from my account. The envelope had no return address and the DVD had nothing but a copied picture of the main star in the movie and it had been glued on the DVD. The credit card company researched for quite awhile and it went back to a company all in French and one site all in Dutch. No contact info anywhere and they had several sites going.
