    Early Christmas!

I mentioned on QB that the Creative Grids scrap rulers were on my Christmas wish list. What a surprise when Jane Quilter's PM arrived to say she was going to send me a set with a pattern and also pay for the shipping!! What wonderful QB members we have and I am going to start cutting up some scraps.Name: image.jpeg

Size: 220.5 KBI am supposed to be putting the brown borders on my quilt top and instead I am playing with my new templates. 8 squares sewn and arranged so the pinks make a design.

This is true. Those poor templates sat there year after, unused and unloved. Then I bought my accuquilt and cut fabric with it. Then I joined swaps of 2.5" and 5" charms and realized I would never use the set. When I saw Tartan wanted them so bad it made her Christmas List, I told my templates, you are going to a new home where you will be loved and not neglected. They were happy jump in the envelope and go to Canada!
