I am very interested in joining this forum too i've never owned any early versions of EQ but I love the EQ7. I have started scanning all my stash into my own library and Iam using that to design my own quilts. I have designed 3 already. I also like downloaded the free stash from EQ.

I bought mine before they went on the shelves and I use it quite a lot when designing my GN quilt. What was their price? You do not need the classes. All I did was watch their Videos and every time I have a problem just clicked Help at the top and read through or listen to the videos. I have downloaded my own fabric which is great to see what your block will look like. Have also printed photos onto the fabric. It take patience but well worth the effort.

We now have a virtual section for EQ. I'll be able to look at it more this evening. Have to get a tooth filled this morning.

I just want to let everyone know that the Electric Quilt website has many EQ books for sale at 1/2 price. They also have some of the stand-alone products for the same discount. Some of these are Sew Precise, and more. EQ7 is not on sale there.

If you go to the tutorial section, I have now made a tutorial on Using the Block Library in EQ. I have enclosed many diagrams. If you have any questions, you could ask me there. Hope you enjoy it! Judy
