years ago when my daughters were pregnant I made them dresses that had a pocket that tied...I vaguely remember that that pocket had a seam up the center and the "tail's" were about 4" long or so. It was a cute decorative touch and thought it would be cute on an apron...but alas...can't find the pattern!!! What was I thinking...getting rid of such a cute thing! Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks for the link...I did try this pocket but it just isn't as nice as the one I had...I think the seam down the middle made the whole thing just lay better.

There's a dress pattern here that has those kind of pockets, scroll down to the one named BNB#132 Shelby Kate Summer Dress Collection: http://www.smockingstore.com/bneblue.html

I think that's it!!! But darned if I can figure our how I did it!
But as I say that it seems to be coming back to me...will try a mock up tomorrow. I sort of remember it was a little awkward with the ties somehow.
