You know I am patience lol. I have EQ 4 and 5. That is where I started at EQ4 and then went on to EQ 5. Never really being serious just playing now and then. I never did buy EQ6, was just waiting...

I was thinking about EQ 7 and wondering if I should buy it as the 5 works just as well and will do just about anything. EQ7 sells at 189.00, if you have EQ5, I think it would be 150.00, but I am never in a hurry.....

Today my LQS had their 4th of july sale and it is always 40% off your total purchases. Well, they had the EQ7, 40% off. I got it for 118.40, The entire program, not the upgrade, including tax. I'm happy lol.....

I think I am ready to seriously study it and start to play more often.

Thats a great deal. I just started playing with the very basic quilt programs. Right now I am still using a free one I downloaded :)

Be sure to check out the EQ site - they have lots of areas to learn from, mystery quilts that teach EQ techniques, fabric downloads.
