My quilt club, the Carrie Jacobs-Bond Composing Threaders has qualified for the $5K Pepsi Refresh challenge. Our project is to construct 50 Quilts of Valor for our returning wounded veterans. This is new to me. What is the purpose of voting. I think the idea is great, but I'm curious what voting does. I went to the site and saw the information.

We need people to vote our club into one of the top 10 spots for winning the $5K grant. If we do win the grant, our club will have an easier time of making and delivering the 50 quilts of valor . Thanks for helping us out-- it is a wonderful cause.
