EQ7 disk?

EQ7 disk?
I am thinking about purchasing EQ7. I have a$30 off coupon code that I will,use if I order it. It can only be used on their website, which would bring the cost to $169. When I look at the website it looks like it is download only. It makes me a little nervous to not have the disk with it. If my computer goes kaput can I reload it? Advice?
