I had to unsubscribe...was spending way too much because I couldn't pass up the deals. :(

Now I'm trying very hard to use what I have w/o buying too much...(she says after buying a few yards from the classifieds the other day LOL).

I am doing the September fab shop hop also, but I am just looking. There are a lot of sales going on right now during the hop. Plus, the clearance fabric is really inexpressive also right now. But I cannot buy fabric right now.

It may be an enabler, but it's sure fun checking out all the shops with all those gorgeous fabrics and thinking of all you could do with it! LOL!

Hmm, sounds delusional to me. Not finding something you liked at the LQS? Wonder what the treatment for that is? I know! A trip to the , oops, there I go again..... What can one do? :) I'm always starting to work on the next project before being half done with the seven I'm working on.

I was avoiding hancocks this weekend for that very reason. Went in yesterday to get what I needed to finish weekly orders. The gal knows I'm in there all the time and let me have my 2 yards of fabric for the 40% off that doesnt start till this weekend. Then I go to joans with three coupons, I asked the gal at the counter if I could use all 3 and she looked at them and said yes. When she rang them up it kicked out the $20 off entire purchase, she gave it to me any way! It was my lucky day shopping so of course I had to go by the LQS! Not so lucky there,6 yards of batiks $75, spent what I saved at the other 2 stores, but I still feel like I did good for what I spent.
