nooonooo nooo I didnt' take you serious!! really I didn't!! I was just playin around thats all feeling sad that Joann's forgot about us Newfoundlanders on their site thats all... I was saying all that as in Joanns losing out on our islanders thats all!!
I adore where I"m from!!! its beautiful here and its home sweet home!! please please please believe me when I say all that feeling of unloved and rejection was due to not being able to put my information on Joann's site cause they didnt' have our province listed thats all

thats a problem I find with message boards.. sometimes things get miscommunicated.... no hard feelings really!!!! none at all!!!

    okeee dokey!!!

thanks Cathy, but I'll be alright.. there are plenty other sites around cyberspace. I'm not looking to start up anything. They do have some good prices there. I already sent a friendly email to their organization this morning stating they missed a province. Just wanted them to know in case there are other Newfoundlanders out there that would like to purchase from them.

thanks for the help all the same. all is good.

Maybe we should all send them e-mails about Newfoundland. That way, they MIGHT add it!

    Hi,

I haven't looked on JoAnn's site for fabrics. If the fabric is 100% cotton go for it. They often have their "symphany" fabric on sale for $1.79 It is defenitely a blend and pills badly. I wouldn't use it in a quilt. I have purchased whole bolts, usally 15 yds. when I have a good coupon in the store it'self.

    Have fun,

The only online coupon they have right now is for free shipping. Don't mind that, but would LOVE a 50% off online coupon. lol

I went to that site and at the bottom they have a link for shipping and so I went there. Looks like they only ship to the USA and it's territories at the moment. Too bad for us Canadians, eh.

I was just into the Joanns site and they say that they don't ship internationally. I could'nt find any Canadian provinces listed .
The lady and I are practically neighbors ,I live in Nova Scotia
If anybody knows any difference I would appreciate knowing.
You ladies in the US sure do get some good prices on fabric I truly envy you. Wilma

    Hi!
I was at Fabricville in Moncton this week... they had lovely 100% cotton solid colours on sale for 2.99 (Elite card price). They said the sale should be on in St. J's too. Fabricville is getting some great fabrics in for quilting. With Elite card the prices are really reasonable.
