the order I received yester was a yard short and I'm kinda in a hurry so I called this morning, the customer service rep. was very nice and apologetic, is sendind 1-1/2 yd right away. I mentioned to her the bad reports we've discussed here, she said they had gotten several complaints and the warehouse and shipping depts. are checking into it and trying to insure that nothing like that happens again.

Good job. We can complain all we want to here but if no one tells the company nothing can be done to improve it. I worked in a warehouse for years so I know how things can go wrong. We had one person that made more mistakes than the entire rest of the staff combined.

I'm watching closely all the threads about Fabric.com. I've never ordered from them yet, but have seen things on their website that have tempted me.
Don't fulfillment centers make the person filling orders put an "order filled by #4"-type ticket in the boxes anymore? That would help Fabric.com find the one who's making mistakes.
