Default Fabric from Craftsy?

Have you purchased fabric from Craftsy? What I want to know is- If you buy multiple one yard cuts of the same fabric does it come in one piece? I would like to order from them but I need continuous yardage.

I just sent an email to find out. I'll let you know what they say.

I don't know, but it's always good to ask. I found some fabric on Etsy that was exactly what I had searched everywhere for and thankfully I asked before purchasing. She had several pieces, but they were pre-cut to 1/2 yard pieces, which was not what I wanted. I wanted 1 large piece.

I believe they have to post it if it comes in 1/2 yard sections. I have looked at their fabric, but have never purchased from them. I love the fabric on Etsy and have made several satisfied purchases so I'm an etsy girl.

Well heres the answer from Craftsy-
"Thank you for writing in! All of the fabric you see available for sale on our site is actually pre-cut so we are not able to provide longer, continuous cuts. For example, if you ordered two of the Michael Miller Fairy Frost 1 yard cuts, you would receive two 1 yard pieces rather than a continuous 2 yards.

At this time we only offer pre-cut fabrics, however, this is great feedback and I'll share it with my e-commerce team to consider other options in the future!
Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback."

So no I will not be ordering from them at the moment. However I found them to be both prompt and polite! I'll keep them in mind when I'm looking for pre-cuts.

Thanks for the information. I had correctly assumed that the Craftsy fabric was all precut. I have ordered several fat quarter bundles from them and some other pre cuts. I was very pleased with how quickly I received each order.

Thanks for asking this question. I was wondering the same thing. For piecing it would not matter, but for borders it would.
