Default Fat Eighth Frenzy Quilt Pattern

I was wondering if anyone has ever made this quilt & if so could you post a picture? This looks like a good quilt to make but would love to see a "real" one made up. I'm also wondering how it would look with a small black sashing between the rows & even perhaps between the colors in each Row unit. I was thinking it might make it look like a stained glass quilt. What do you think? Thanks in advance!

That's a cute quilt. I like the idea of the black between the rows and pieces, like stained glass.

i like your idea of the black sashing to resemble stained glass windows.

You have to alight your seams very accurately. Cute patterns especially for making a dent in a stash!

I'm not sure I know what you mean by aligning the seams very accurately. There are no matching seams in the quilt. Are you talking about the rows so they don't get wonky?

Thanks Quilt Nan for the image links. I always forget to use "images" when I'm searching for things.

Lavender Blue, I'll check out those you-tubes when I get time. Thanks!

I have made one, in animal fabrics, as a baby quilt. Can't post pictures as it's been gifted. Depending on what you picked as your fat eighths, the black sashing would indeed make it look like stained glass. BTW, I really didn't see I heck of a lot of difference between the fat eighth frenzy and a jelly roll race, other than the size of the pieces.

This isn't one I've made - but I do plan to in the near future. It looks very simple, quick, and will use up some of my larger pieces from previous quilts. Would love to see a picture with black in between rows!
