I bought a bundle of fat quarters that has 15 fqs. What kind of quilt would you make with a collection like that?

There is a pattern called "Short Stacks" which uses 14 fat quarters for a full size quilt.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the pattern to tell you who designed/ published it. I gave the pattern away to a new quilter a few months ago. Perfect for a new quilter.

Thank you ERStan! I knew someone would find it. There were many things I liked about this pattern, but one that stands out in my mind is that you are using every possible inch of 14 fat quarters. You will not have to add to the scrap pile, and therefore, you will not get tired of seeing remnants of the FQ's you choose.
