Hi Trupeach, don't be hard on yourself. Have faith in yourself and don't look back, we can't change the past but we sure can change things Today that will be good for us in the future

I lost .6 this week, making my grand total for two months 10.6 lbs lost. Not enough to make more than ten blocks but since I've only made six I can spend the rest of the week making the other four. :) Oh, and here's another block:
