LOL No you aren't crazy. Just more frugal than some of the rest of us. I wished I was more like you when it comes to buying fabric.I buy constantly & have no idea what I'm going to do with it. ( Like alot of us quilters do )I always get in on the sales though & never pay top dollar unless it is something I just can't do without. I love farbic & I love to sew. If I want to make something I just go to my store in my sewing room & start a project. Don't have to drive to the LQS or wait for it to come in the mail. By the looks of alot of quilters sewing rooms, I'm not alone in my thinking! Or should I say my obsession! LOL

I can't walk into a quilt store and not buy anything! I have to stay out. But I am most afraid of what my DH will say when he gets the bill! LOL! I used to just get a half yard, but there have been so many times that I did that, used it in a quilt and wished I had more of it because it was such a great color. I am still in mournig over a purple batik I called "Patty Purple" because it was the color of a secret formula of pottery glaze made by Patty. She was a friend of my best friends dad who was a local celeb in the pottery field. Wow. There I go again! Rambling on and on.

I don't think your crazy, I think it might be overwhelming with so many choices. But if I had money, I would be buying so much fabric, my hubby and son would have to sleep in the garage. God bless. Penny
