Does anyone here know where I can find organic quilting fabric?? I found a couple of places, but the fabric was ugly colors that looks like burlap sacks  I want cute fabric!! I would like to make a baby quilt with organic fabrics, but I can't find anything suitable.

Thank you in advance for your help!!

    I found this site:

    http://www.organiccottonplus.com/swatches.html

but there are no pictures of their colors.

I can not find anything else.
I made one for my son with just plain colors and it turned out very nice.

It is fabric made from cotton grown organically.

organic fabric is fabric that is made with materials that grown, processed, treated, handled in an organic way, for example cotton that was grown without the use of pesticides vs. cotton that is grown with pesticides.

"Organic fabrics like cotton, wool, silk and hemp must meet regulations set by the Organic Trade Association regarding fiber processing, production, dyeing and non-toxic handling. It's important to look for organic certification on labels to ensure that a product is actually organic. Sustainable fabrics are produced without federal guidelines and certification."

You can find untreated cotton baby blankets in a lot of colors and prints. That may be pretty close to organic for reasonable cost. The blankets would be great to use as fabric for a baby quilt.
