I have bought 55 classes over the last 3 years(not all quilting) and I've only asked for one refund and that was because it wasn't what I thought it would be. I live 20 min. from the nearest loaf of bread, so these classes are perfect for me. Since I take a wide range of subjects, I've been impressed with the quality of all the classes and the knowledge and experience of all the instructors. I know there are some instructors who are not as good as others (as there is in any school) but I am a satisfied customer.
