can fence rail be scrappy, and is it still considered a fence rail.

I saw the creme brule on the forums, and it looked like the fence rail..,

I am cutting scraps to make this pattern, but scrappy, no real pattern effect

Type in Rail Fence in the SEARCH at the top of the message board and you will see lots of pretty ones! There is even a two fabric one that is special.

Here's mine. It is a baby quilt for a little girl whose Mommy doesn't like pink.

I did one with 3 rails. Only thing to be careful of...mine ended up looking like swastikas because of the way I placed them. I didn't even notice, but my daughter did since it was a baby quilt for my DGD!

All your quilts look great and thank you for sending them. I'm going to put, I hope, a rectangle with a ribbon of hope in the middle. That will take some figuring. I only want to make the quilt approximately 40 x 54. I guess I have my work cut out for me. Thanks again.
