I usually start at 8 in the morning until 11:30, then start again at 1 until 4:30. Get up and walk up the stairs or around the quilt several times for exercise.

going to work on a quilt for my DGD for her graduation for 2019 just in case something happens to me, one never knows, the other 4our grandkids got one for graduation so she deserves one too.
Ant then work on charity quilts. Sewed the "Easy Does it " together yesterday.
