    :thumbup: great that you got a new machine.. :thumbdown: too bad you are already having problems, hopefully they are just teething problems as Janomes are usually pretty good machines from what i hear...I also cant help you with your thread as i have only used Gutterman myself..

    Congratulations on your new machine. I have a Bernina and I use Isacord thread for embroidery.
