    Default Finally made it!

I finally got my act together and stopped procrastinating. I have finished my quilt for charity. This is only quilt #2 for me. Thanks to jc469273 for the long arm quilting, advice and patience for dealing with a newbie. The binding is what I was dreading, but I won't get better by not doing it so I dove in. Viewing everone else's creations are an inspiration for me to keep trying. It's not going to win prizes at a quilt show. But that's not what this is for. It's for keeping warm. (I hope this picture posts)

What a great creation - your skills belie the fact that you consider yourself a newbie - congratulations on a job well done!!!

I love it. Is it the strip twist pattern? I love those and want to do one myself someday.

Your quilt is great and you'd never know it was just your second one. Great job!

It's beautiful. I would give it a Blue Ribbon. I am sure the lucky person who receives it for your chosen charity will think so as well. Great job.
