Default Five and Dime Ruler

This is today's ''Quilters Deal of the Day" on Missouri Star Quilt Company. Price: $9.99 (plus $5 shipping)

Does anyone have his ruler? Do you use and like it?

I am not seeing the ruler you mentioned. What I see as the special is fabric. Who makes the ruler?

Watched the video. Decided dont need special ruler. Have having to buy a ruler for one pattern. Maybe it as other uses but I will pass. Is a cute pattern though. Easy to piece w/o the ruler.

I did go back and find it along with the video using it. I would like this ruler. The price seems fair also. I use a very small version of the ruler in metal with some art work so see many possibilities for using this. Anyone that uses any precut products should find it very useful.

Sadly, it is now sold out. I can see how you could make your own. There is also a smaller version called the Spare Change Ruler.

I have the book and both rulers. I like making the quilt block using flannels. It is my go to pattern and ruler when I need nice quilt quick.

I think that one would be easy to use tape on my 6 x 12 ruler instead of buying another ruler. I have too many rulers now.

I purchased the ruler when it was offered after watching the video....they made it look so easy and the price was right!! I would rather have the correct ruler each time I decide to make a quilt as it will help leave little room for error. Besides, I need all the help I can get...LOL

You could easily make a template out of cardboard for laying out the block and use a standard ruler for cutting the block into quarters.
