Found! Help needed identifying this fabric

I bought this fat quarter at a shop hop this last weekend and it doesn't have any selvage on it and I didn't ask the seller who the maker was. Does anyone know who the maker is? I want to get more, I think it is just darling! TIA

Try calling the quilt shop where you purchased it. Since it is Halloween it is probably current, describe it and they can give you the info from the bolt or from a fat quarter that has a selvedge. And I agree, it is really cute.
