    I had the frog visit me often while cross stitching and thought I would never hear from him again, but he has decided to follow me into the quilting world too. Ladies, hold on tight to your seam rippers.

    That's a derivative that's new to me too...always heard it as frog stitchin'...and I've used it so much that even my DH knows what it means and uses it appropriately...right after he hears the machine stop and I've had long enough to see the booboo and groan...he'll ask if I need to do some frog stitchin'... just like kids, they remember the "good" stuff!
    Some of my sewing buddies refer to the same activity as "Reverse Sewing".

    LMBO the other night when I was "frog stitching" I had a chorus of frogs outside singing along with me :lol::lol::lol:

    I have never heard that term used, but I love it. I too have had experience with "frogging".

    I'm an excellent frogger :-) And then for the knitting crowd, there is 'tinking' (knit spelled backwards, which means...un-knitting!). Gotta smile when we're frogging and tinking :-)
