I think this is great please make sure you show your quilt when you are done. Tell your son thanks for all he is doing for us :thumbup:

Beautiful star and great story! Congrats on becoming "noticed" in the quilt world! Praying for all of our boys AND girls.....mine included, as both of mine are serving (but currently stateside).

Gorgeous star, and great story. I echo everyone else - tell your son that we appreciate his service. (I grew up in a military family and married a veteran - strange how life works out!)

Congratulations on getting a quilt published as well as being able to teach it to a larger audience. Way to go girl. It's always such a humbling experience to have a picture of your quilt published, and so very exciting.
