I've used it for totes and purses but haven't used it for quilts. I would think that it would be pretty stiff for a quilt but it might soften up after washing.

I was not a fan. It seemed to be hard on sewing machine and glue gummed up needle.

I'm a new quilter and thought the fusible batting made more sense for the small projects I tried early on. Somehow I managed to melt the batting and never got it to fuse to the cotton.

The only time I have tried it was trying to make a purse. I never could get it to fuse properly, so don't think I'll even try it on a wallhanging I need to get finished.
