I would buy them both. For sure the one with the most scroll work on it!

Make your decision based on the overall condition of the machine - the brightness of the decals, condition of paint, condition of the sewing bed, number of pin scratches. If there is very little difference, check the accessories and the case and accessory tray. Does if have the manuel, are the accessories intact, and does the case smell musty? Many of those old cases don't smell good as the glue used has broken down. I keep a bar of Irish Spring soap and dryer sheets in mine to help with this problem.
