Well, thanks to all the nagging, I did get started....boy, you are a pushy lot!!! tehehe I know, I asked for it!

I did the first bobbin, no problems so I was feeling real good about it and didn't check the back again untill the second bobbin ran out....you guessed......all eyelashes...had to take it all out from the second bobbin. I rethreaded, changed the needle and tried again on a scrap......still not right...rethreaded again and am happy to report I am back to quilting with NO eyelashes now. Then I stopped to eat ( my dh cooked today)and thought i'd let you know not to send me Marcys avatar picture....please....not that!!!! I'll get back to the sewing room soon.....I promise!!!!

Thanks for taking the time to explain how you spray baste. I have 505, but haven't tried it yet. I thought the day would NEVER come when I would NOT want to sew, but it occasionally happens. Thank goodness, like a bad cold, it's temporary.

I am hand quilting a quilt. I was told that the basting spray would not be good for it and would not hold it for very long. Is this true? :?
