A charm pack with a mini template included. (With coupons, both of theses items together total about $12 to $14. Very reasonable.)

Your receiving some excellent ideas.

Universal sewing machine needles (about $5 or less) or 45mm rotary cutter blades (about $20 for the 5 pack )are also terrific gifts. I get mine from Walmart. Sometimes Amazon is cheaper.

I would love to receive a gift of this. I treat myself to them a lot. LOL Missouri Star has lots of charm pack rulers.

My husband once gave me a gift certificate to my local quilt shop. That was the gift that kept on giving, I was able to shop for "free" all the way until August!

That Purple Thang - one of the most-used tools in my sewing area (next to the seam ripper, that is). And a seam ripper.

A supply of replacement rotary cutter blades. I also like the idea of a quilters select ruler, those things grip the fabric nicely making cutting easier. I have one on my wishlist.
