Lancaster is one of my favorite spots too. I like Weavers, just outside Litiz on Rte 501 and Zooks in Intercoarse pa. also Dutchland Quilt Patch on Rte 30. Prices are good and lots to buy.

My favorite place is The Old Country Store on Route 340. It's a decent size quilt shop with lots of fabric, a great selection of FQ packs, a decent collection of books, and tons of Amish made quilts for sale. They have all kinds of gift things, too. Upstairs is the People's Place Museum. It's really small, but if you're in the store already, it might be worth it go upstairs and see what they have on display.

Across the street from there is the Kitchen Kettle Village that has all kinds of little gift shops. There are three musicians who have sat in the middle of the brick pathway playing music for many years. They are relaxing to watch. There is a gift shop to the right of the Tee Parlor, I don't know the name of it, but if you go up the stairs inside that store, they have some Jim Shore figurines at decent prices.

The place I've found the best prices for Jim Shore figurines in the gift shop underneath Shady Maple in East Earl, which is about 45 minutes away. Good's is in the same driveway as Shady Maple and that's a fun store to shop in. Although they have fabric, it's more geared to clothing, though they do have some quilting fabrics.

I will start with the towns...
Intercourse PA - Zooks- lots and lots of fabric
Old Country Store..just up the street from Zooks- again..lots of fabric and great prices
The Amish quilt shop between Intercourse and Bird in Hand- great prices
Weaver's Dry Goods - Brubaker Road - Sheafertown (spelling)
huge selection and great prices, friendly staff.
Martins fabrics - Meyerstown..have a huge table of flat folds for 3.25 a yard and their other fabrics are between 6.25 and 7.20 a yard..again good selection.
These are the ones I go to the most.
Burkholders Fabrics in Denver PA- check their website I think they may have a sale going on and maybe a coupon. They have tons of fabric and notions. The prices are good too.
Sauders (and Zooks are owned by Z and S fabrics) Muddy branch road- lots of fabrics and great prices.
I hope this helps you. Enjoy your trip. Are you spending the night?

No I am not going to spend the night. I think I will be able to do enough damage in one day. LOL. Thanks for your ideas. I need to go get depends. I don't think I will be able to "control myself" before getting there and I don't want to make a mess. There are 6 of us going.
