Ok, I am in Las Vegas and love it. DH agreed to drive me to Quiltique this morning and I spent a long, long time petting the fabulous and enormous selection of fabrics before choosing what to buy. The sales staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. The shop is beautifully designed to draw you in and allow you to see everything without being overwhelmed. The lighting is wonderful, showing the fabric colors to their best advantage. There is also an entire room devoted to sale fabric! The more you buy, the less you pay per yard! How great is that. If I lived here, I would be in real trouble, but since I have to pack it into my suitcase to carry home, I only got 2 yds of insulbrite to make potholders for Christmas gifts and 7 yds of Moda fabrics for a quilt, all for just over $50. If you're in the Las Vegas area, it's really worth going. Thanks so much to the QB members who suggested Quiltique to me!

Yes, I found the Quiltique staff to be very generous with their time and advice, when we visited a few years ago. If we ever get back to Vegas, I'd bring an extra suitcase just for a visit to their shop. Glad you had such a great time.
