How about She Makes, All Make, We Do Make. Something with make in it. That seems to be the word now.

I agree with the other two Rhonda's, make it something with your name in it. The internet is flooded with crafty quilter type names. You need something that stands out from the rest. Foe example I'd remember something like Darcy's Modern Crafts.

Or how about Darcy's Designs??

DarcyShannon ... Without us knowing your long term visions, it is hard to make valid suggestions.

For a quilter, they may not take note of tag name including "Craft".
Likewise, a crafter might not give a second look with a "Quilt" focus in your name.

Then consider what all you are planning or how it may evolve ... classes, patterns and then what?

While you may not have the big vision totally figured out right now, it could have an impact later.

An example, totally unrelated to yours, but I think you will understand ... the businesses that name themselves after the street they are located on. Then they move, and the name has no relevance. Especially the ones that included the street name in their business name. Talk about confusing people.

In the end ... it's more of a case of build it and they will follow.
I have some blogs that I follow ... the names make no sense to me and frankly, I do not like them.
However, the content, visuals, etc. speak to me and are amazing ... the name makes no difference to me!

I would recommend along the lines of a small business name. You never know what will come of your efforts. Using your name, both first and last with Quilts, Sews or Designs leave your options open and see what grows.

I agree with those who say to use your name in your choice. "Sew" and "Quilt" and "Craft" are overpopulated and not nearly as memorable because of it. Your name is different enough to stand out and, even if someone forgets a cutesy name, when they google to find your designs, "darcy" should get them there.

My granddaughter suggested something similar when I was thinking about making business cards. She suggested "Margaret Makes" then listing the items I made. That way you could incorporate your name into what you do.
